FemmeHealth Alliance (FHA) is a Swiss non-profit association (Verein)
dedicated to bridging research, policy, and capital perspectives in women’s
health innovation. We convene investors, founders, corporates, and clinicians
to strengthen collaboration and visibility for women’s health.

Europe has world-class science in women’s health. Yet too often, progress
remains fragmented and breakthroughs stall before reaching scale.

Maryann Umoren Selfe
Founder & President
Maryann is a finance professional and strategist with more than two decades in global capital markets. She created FHA to address structural blind spots in women’s health and to channel attention and collaboration toward scalable solutions that advance the well-being of women.
Emmanuelle Lecomte-Brisset
Legal Co-founder
Emmanuelle is a healthcare policy and regulatory leader with over twenty-five years of advancing biotech and pharma innovation. She co-founded FHA to bring her regulatory and governance expertise to ensuring women’s health innovation achieve real world impact.

Graciela Spoerry
Graciela is a finance professional with experience across investment, strategy, and innovation in both corporate and startup ecosystems. She co-leads Corporate Partnerships at the FemmeHealth Alliance, helping connect capital and collaboration to advance innovation in women’s health.
Zeina Abdo
Zeina is a sustainability leader and entrepreneur with over two decades of global experience shaping purpose-driven strategies for companies like SICPA and Aldar. She leads Events and Community at the FemmeHealth Alliance, fostering collaboration and connection across sectors to turn shared purpose into collective impact.
Maître Carmen Kiavila
Carmen is a dual-qualified attorney (France & Switzerland) and entrepreneur specializing in tax and technology law. As Legal Advisor to the FemmeHealth Alliance, she guides governance and compliance, drawing on her cross-border legal experience across Europe and the Middle East.
Dr. Maria Fay
Maria is a technology innovation professional with over 15 years of helping companies adopt emerging technologies, most recently AI. She leads Ethics and Market Intelligence at the FemmeHealth Alliance, bringing a tech and data lens to how innovation shapes the future of women’s health.
Stella Ekogbulu
Stella is a global leadership consultant, coach, and keynote speaker with over 25 years of corporate and leadership experience. She serves as Operations and Leadership Advisor at the FemmeHealth Alliance, helping strengthen collaboration, alignment, and execution across its growing community.
Deboh N'Diaye
Deboh is a corporate finance & investment professional with over a decade of experience in valuation, due diligence, and thematic investing. At the FemmeHealth Alliance, she leads investor engagement and communications, aligning capital and purpose in women’s health innovation.
